We inspect all aspects of single family homes, multi family homes, condos, townhouses, commercial buildings and everything in between. We put each system of a building under a microscope to assess the age, condition and safety. This includes wind mitigating features, structural components, windows, doors, electrical systems, appliances, HVAC equipment, roofing, plumbing, decks, patios, garages, and pools.

Photography services are available for homeowners, real estate agents, business owners and for advertising purposes. If it can be photographed, we can do it.
